My birth town. Duliajan is an industrial town and one of the most Developed and advanced town from all over India located in Dibrugarh District in the upper north-east corner of India (Source: Wikipedia). I being a non-native of assam i had to leave for my place in every 2 years or so and did most of my studies mostly out side assam and i never saw any place so beautifully organised and greener then Duliajan. With 24 hours of water, gas and electricity service that too with good pay scale. Though it has a long way to go but its still one of the towns of this time in india.
